Fringe: Parallel Universe Martin Luther King Twenty Dollar Bill

As seen in episode 221, “Over There: Part One.” In the episode, these are colloquially referred to as “Juniors,” and are implied to have a purchasing power approximately equivalent to $1 in ‘our’ universe.

  1. Tom Dennison Says:

With all due respect to Dr. King, I believe that he would perform that proverbial ‘rolling-over-in-his-grave’, to see himself idolized on our country’s currency. HE of all people knows the one to whom our worship and praise deserve to be given; and, seeing what THIS country has done (culture-wise) to eradicate HIM from our daily lives, Dr. King would (IMHO) beg to be left OFF our currency… (at least until such time that we as a people RETURN to glorifying the one IN WHOM our currency *says* that we all TRUST…)!
