This a teacup & saucer made by Pfaltzgraff, their “Hampton” pattern, with a custom print. I suspect these were manufactured & sold as licensed replicas as well, so you may be able to find an imprinted one.
Scotty is drinking from a similar set later in the film, but I can’t tell if his says Enterprise on it:

I’ve made a triangular pixel effect for the KBOP image itself, referencing Klingon graphics’ fondness for triangles.
And a word about the Klingon: the letters on my shirt are ‘real’ Klingon letters, taken from screencaps, but they do not spell anything, either in Klingon or English. They are simply arranged like text, meant to look pretty. Which is exactly how the ST art department did it anyway.
